The front desk staff was more than accommodating! Being disabled, we usually park in the handicapped parking spots, but they were all filled. Being mobility challenged, I have a difficult time getting from place to place. Thanks to the lovely lady at the front desk who brought the luggage rack to the car to assist us getting into the hotel!! She helped getting the luggage out of the car and into our room! Then she took the luggage cart back to the front entry for us! This kind of service and assistance doesn't happen very often! Which is why we were so extremely thankful for her. I'm just very sorry I couldn't remember her name!!! I went down to the lobby to check out the snacks and getting ready to head back to my room a member of your staff graciously volunteered to help me carry the snacks and drinks back to my room! When getting around is difficult at best, I am extremely grateful and abundantly thankful for any assistance! The breakfast was outstanding! Everything was exceptionally delicious, piping hot and plenty for all! The staff member attending the breakfast area was very kind, cordial and professional! If there was an award for Excellence in Customer Care, I would be nominating this hotel for the award.....they truly are a treasure!! We feel very blessed to have found such an amazing hotel whose staff is outstanding at customer care!! Anytime we are in the area we will most definitely choose this hotel!!

Rooms were clean and comfy , the evening check in gal was not very friendly though. The morning 2 staff gals was fantastic and the kitchen staff lady was a gem

The breakfast was great, They had hot food and cold breakfast food along with sweet food coffee and juice. The pool area was so warm just like like it.

Location was great. Near all sorts of restaurants. The room was very clean and I felt safe.
